Do I need prior fitness experience to join your programs? +
Absolutely not — our programs are designed to welcome participants at every experience level. Our coaches will assess your baseline fitness and build a plan that matches where you are right now.
Where are your training sessions held in Fremont? +
We operate out of our main studio near Fremont Central Park as well as several outdoor locations including Lake Elizabeth and Mission Peak trails. Clients can choose indoor, outdoor, or hybrid training setups.
How many sessions per week do you recommend for beginners? +
We typically suggest two to three sessions per week for those just starting out, allowing adequate recovery time between workouts. Your coach will adjust this recommendation based on your progress and energy levels.
Can I try a class before purchasing a full membership? +
Yes, we offer a complimentary first group fitness class for all new visitors to Fremont's active community. This gives you a chance to meet our coaches and experience the environment before committing.
